You may want to become better, faster, with a fully bespoke progressive training programme geared to your chosen race(s) that builds a closer personal relationship with your coach. You may want your own individual training programme but with less coach interaction. Perhaps a standard month-to-month training plan best suits your lifestyle and needs. Your training programme needs to take into account such factors as your ability, goals, work life and family life, which will all impact the type of training programme you choose.

At TRTC I offer four types of coaching services:

T1

A fully customised training programme with bespoke ‘all-access’ coaching and mentoring

• Initial consultation & Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test

• Season planning & goal-setting

£60 one-time fee


 

• 12-week (3-month) bespoke training programme delivered in monthly blocks

• Weekly training report & feedback via telephone, email or Skype/Facetime

• One 1-hour 1-to-1 coaching session (swim, bike or run) per month

• Race day preparation and tactics

• 15% discount off all TRTC team kit

£100 per month


Additional 1-to-1 sessions available upon request from £50 per hour

T3
